Cory joined Missouri S&T as an Admissions Counselor in May, 2007. His primary responsibilities include visiting high schools and attending college fairs in the Kansas City metropolitan area and surrounding region, meeting with prospective students and assisting their families in the college admissions process.

Cory is originally from Franklin, Pennsylvania and earned his Bachelors of Arts in English at the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in May 2007. While at EUP, Cory earned Division I All-American honors in varsity wrestling, was Vice President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and was an active member of the Student Council. 

Before coming to Missouri S&T Cory was an assistant wrestling coach at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. There he played a vital role in recruiting and helped the university gain national attention through his efforts. Cory is a member of both the Great Plains and Missouri Associations for College Admission Counseling.
