Laura joined the team in January, 2005. Her primary responsibilities are visiting high schools and attending college fairs within the St. Louis metropolitan area. She also meets with prospective students and families visiting the Missouri S&T campus, provides assistance during campus events and works closely with Missouri S&T's summer programs.

Laura graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. Before settling in Kansas City, she attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Missouri S&T. While in college Laura was active in Kappa Delta Sorority, Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, band and choir. After college, Laura moved to Nashville, Tennessee to work with Mountain T.O.P. (Tennessee Outreach Project). Raised in Rolla, she is glad to be back sharing not only Missouri S&T, but her hometown with prospective students and families!

Laura is a member of the Missouri Association for College Admission Counseling (MOACAC) and the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC).
